3. Account Registration

To use ClinicFiler, you must:

• Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized representative
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes limited features. This plan is free forever with no credit card required.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of ClinicFiler, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
• Obtain appropriate patient consent before entering their data
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Maintain appropriate backups of your critical data

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ClinicFiler. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavatec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ClinicFiler.
